About this role: We’re looking for a curious, passionate Junior Copywriter who knows the power of a great story and has the words to make people laugh, think, feel, and act. You’ll turn “what if?” into breakthrough ideas across campaigns, brands, social, and everything in between—while collaborating, taking ownership, and pushing the work further. A Storyteller: We want a copywriter who is more than a writer. We want a storyteller. One who uses their words to write in a way that gives us chills. Makes us laugh and/or cry. We want a writer who is adaptable and can give us a range of voices. Last but not least, a writer who has attention to detail. One who will proofread content for grammatical accuracy. Breakthrough Big Thinking: We want world builders and dreamers. Those who think “What if” and go after what could be. Ownership: We want a copywriter who cares and takes ownership of their work. Who isn’t scared to run with assignments or projects put on their plate. A good attitude: We have a no-ego policy. Check it at the door. Rather than shutting things down, we like to build and figure out what is possible together as a team. Resilience: We are looking for a copywriter who is willing to fail and know what it takes to persist through tough client feedback and come back with stronger, smarter, ideas. What you must posses: The ideal candidate is well versed in social content creation, stays up to date on current trends and the ever-evolving social landscape A portfolio filled with great ideas and award-winning concepts A four-year degree in a related field, portfolio school or equivalent work experience 1-3 years experience at an ad agency Ability to manage and contribute to numerous projects simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr
